FULL PLANNING
STARTING FROM $5,000
Our signature service, Full Service Planning and Design is ideal for the couple that has limited availability, lives out of town or simply wants to take a hands off approach. We start working with you on a blank canvas and build an event that delivers a personalized and authentic approach.
Preparation, allocation and maintenance of budget in line with clients needs, wants and vision.
Researching, sourcing and assistance in final selection of wedding venues and necessary vendors (florist, caterer, stationary, beauty, DJ/band, transportation, A/V, officiant, entertainment and more).
Development of full design plan to define wedding aesthetic - including vision boards, renderings and floor plans.
Continued vendor management and attendance at all vendor appointments
Creation of a full production schedule for client and vendors
Assistance in leading the wedding rehearsal, setup of venue and direction of wedding ceremony and reception
Unlimited meetings to review clients own tasks, timelines, milestones and all necessary planning details
Feeling good about overall planning but need help bringing your ideas to life? We’ll start working with you to understand your vision and own the design portion. Couples interested in this package typically have a handle on most planning logistics. We’ll create a beautiful design plan and source/manage all the vendors required to bring your vision to life.

Researching, sourcing and assistance in final selection of design based vendors (florist/decorator, stationary, tabletop and furniture rentals, , sweets table artisan, A/V, photographer).
In person site visit to venue (if located in the GTA and Toronto).
Development of full design plan to define wedding aesthetic - including vision boards, renderings and floor plans.
Decor vendor management and attendance at all vendor appointments
Creation of a full production schedule for client and vendors
Online planning toolkit to stay on top of necessary details
Virtual meetings from 8 weeks prior to wedding to review details, checklist, and logistics
Monitoring critical vendor payment details and deadline within the final 2 months before the wedding day
